The Manatee mobile, as shown here, is motorized for indoor use. It can also be hung outdoors and powered by natural wind power.
This kinetic sculpture is hand crafted using 20 gauge stainless steel. All of my creations are designed by hand, then shapes cut out using a plasma cutter. The shaping is done using a shot bag and wooden hammer and then welded. The rigging is all done by hand and needs to be balanced one section at a time.
